Philip Quinn

Philip has been in recruitment, with a particular focus on finance and technology, for decades. He has been involved with the Irish Chamber similarly long, and has been the bridge between the Irish Chamber and all the other Irish institutions in Hong Kong, such as the St Patrick`s Society, GAA and the Rugby teams.
