Aisling Gormley is Director of Human Resources and Brand for Catalyst Lifestyle, a global leader in the innovation, design and manufacturing of lifestyle accessories, headquartered in Hong Kong. 

Catalyst is a global consumer electronics brand sold in 70 countries in major retailers including Apple, Best Buy, Verizon, Target, JB Hifi, Virgin Megastores, Yodobashi and Bic Camera, Broadway, etc. As one of the few global CE brands headquartered in Hong Kong, the company employs a staff that speaks multiple international languages from multiple nationalities, emphasizes diversity, a culture of learning and development. Aisling began her career in Behavioural Therapy in Liverpool before moving to China in 2004 where she joined the team at EF Education First, a world leader in international education. During her 13-year tenure at EF, Aisling held a variety of regional operational roles until 2013 when she became the first female Production Director for China. At the time Education First had over 6000 staff and 200 schools. Aisling also organizes a Women in Tech Conference, regularly communicates with global journalists & serves as a mentor to young women in all aspects of business.
