Ian Carroll

Ian Carroll is the owner and founder of Hong Kong-based companies The Candle Company, Soho Wines & Spirits and Carroll&Chan. Originally from Dublin, Ian has lived in Hong Kong since 1999. He was president of the Irish Chamber of Commerce in 2016 and 2017, and is a former president of the St Patrick's Society. Before moving to Hong Kong, Ian lived in Brussels and London where he ran retail and internet businesses. He recently opened the first European Carroll&Chan store and now divides his time between Amsterdam and Hong Kong.
